Blonde Dara! (Sorry, she’s my bias, haha.)
YG Entertainment sure has established a new sound. CL’s rap is great and of course, I love Bom’s vocals. I can’t help but feel they’re distinct among other Kpop music trends. I don’t really feel “summer” from the song, but the MV is colorful and fun.
(Only thing I see kind of negative is that fans are probably going to start copying Dara’s use of the bindi, and that’s appropriation and so, not really advisable….)

OMFG. Another hardcore, manly MV. This was was pretty shocking to me, actually… such a chilling story of innocence lost. Wow.

Runaway bride? I’m surprised this concept isn’t used as often as others in Kpop MVs! I like this MV a lot, especially the ending.
The song sounds vaguely familiar, but I like it.

RaNia – Up ↓↓↓

The MV is sexy and fun, though the dance makes me think of a workout video sometimes, haha. Anyway, it really puts me in the mood for summer. Apparently the MV is partly a promotion for a waterpark as well.

I admit, at the beginning, I wasn’t expecting much, just because the MV looked like it was going to be a bit cheesy lol.
But when the vocals started, I was hooked. Sounds great! But then I shouldn’t be surprised, because Jewelry is usually pretty good!

Nice song. I like U-KISS, but usually am not into Japanese Kpop, (I bet some of you noticed lol). I like Kevin & Soohyun’s joint part the best.

Okay, I do like FT Island’s Japanese music because I think it allows them to go a bit harder. I adore Hongki’s voice, but I do really appreciate it when they add vocals from one of the other guys once in awhile, too.

Beautiful, but light vocals this time. Really lovely.
As for the MV, some people think it’s two girls who were heartbroken by the same guy, but others think it’s two separate couples. To solve the one notebook problem, jae-ryong kim on YouTube, suggested that it was a guestbook that they had drawn on in the past while on a date with their guys.
